When will I receive my order?
All orders are for pre-order, which means they have to be made before being shipped out. Please allow 4-5 weeks processing time for orders to complete. After placing an order, you will receive full tracking information via email and/or SMS text.

Please keep in mind all orders are for pre-order. You will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS text within 4-5 weeks or sooner after purchase. You can also check tracking here.
We are not liable for lost or missing packages once tracking shows it has been shipped. If you never receive your order, but the tracking shows it has been delivered, check with the shipping provider, neighbors, or post office before reaching out to our email at:

Yes, however shipping prices may vary depending on location.
Do you provide free shipping?
Depending on your location, you can receive free standard shipping on orders over $70.00. Eligible customers must select Standard Shipping during checkout in order to receive benefits. If you choose another shipping options, additional charges will apply. We reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any given time.
What is the return policy?

Refunds
Refunds for double orders or for any other reason take 5-10 days to process depending on your bank.
Frequent Checkout Errors
